Dear Parents,

As guardians, we are constantly striving to support our children’s growth and wellbeing in all dimensions of their lives. In a rapidly changing landscape of digital technology, unfamiliar challenges and pressures have emerged which can have significant implications on the mental and emotional well-being of our children.

To provide you with a comprehensive insight into some of these challenges, we are pleased to invite you to a special discussion titled “Let’s talk: Combating Bullying, Harassment, and Gaming Disorders in the Digital Age” presented by Dr. Vikrant Mittal, a diplomat of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and fellow of the American Psychiatric Association (FAPA).

Dr. Vikrant will be discussing in English a variety of topics such as physical & social media harassment, gaming disorders and bullying during the formative years. We encourage parents of primary children (TPS to CM2) to attend this discussion in large numbers and would like to also extend the invitation to parents of the secondary school as well as to students of middle and high school.
